As A Service Advisor Associate, You Will:




* Greet each guest in a professional and courteous manner, expeditiously determine guests; needs and ensure they are introduced to the appropriate teammate that they will be working with
* Write collision estimates for customers, both insurance referred and walk-in, present our company and quality of product, and capture repairs when possible
* Review all vehicle damage with customer, determining related and unrelated damage
* Educate the customer about the collision repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time, and secure written work authorization for repairs from vehicles owner
* Prepare all repair damage reports in accurate and precise manner, verify damage on estimates written by the insurance company, ensuring accuracy of parts and damage








* Supervise and route each repair including disbursement of all paperwork, scheduling, monitoring repairs, negotiating repair times, coordinating sublet work and all other aspects of the repair necessary to provide the consumer with the most expeditious and high quality repair available, verify and secure payment from both insurance company and customer
* Update the customer on repair status throughout the repair, document all communication with customer and insurance company
