Overview:



As a Strategic Recruiter, help fuel the growth of the most exciting company in Collision Repair. Your work will directly to impact the talent pipeline for Service King, while providing lasting career opportunities to those you hire.



Responsibilities:




* Supports a strategic recruiting approach when sourcing talent for Service King's leadership positions and/or development programs.
* Assists in implementation in recruiting strategies on campus and enhance the Service King Brand and reputation at select universities.
* Continuously builds and strengthens relationships with internal clients such as store operations, corporate hiring managers, etc.
* Identifies and selects candidates, conducting screening interviews for designated positions with a focus on timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
* Records, updates, and analyzes all recruiting data to support strategic initiatives.
* Ensures accuracy of data within the applicant tracking system. Review offer letters and background checks.
* Manage sourcing channels to create an ongoing database of candidates for our talent pipeline.

Skills and Experience:


* 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably over multiple locations
* The ability to attract top-talent candidates face to face, via phone, and via technology
* Outstanding attention to detail
* The ability to build and maintain relationships across many levels
* Strong talent acquisition technical savvy
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever growing environment
* The ability and willingness to travel both locally and across the region
* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Willing to travel at least 25> of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
